You can download a Capra GPX file and send to your Garmin device via Garmin Connect. Here is the Garmin help article and we've added screenshots below. Exact method will depend on what type of device you have.

Log into Garmin Connect. Choose:

Training & Planning > Courses > Import

Once the course is imported you can choose the connected device it can be sent to.
