Ah Android...here are a couple of known challenges with Android devices that you may bump into. We will keep adding to this list as we find more.

QR codes &amp; mobile browsers. If you are using non Chrome browsers such as Opera GX and Firefox you may have issues scanning Capra QR codes. We recommend using Chrome for your mobile browser. If you are using Firefox one of our Capra users discovered <a href="https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/set-firefox-android-open-links-native-apps" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this helpful article</a> to resolve the issue where a needed setting is switched off by default.

Location Permissions. Some Android devices require 'Precise Location' to be switched on for using Capra. Approximate Location can crash the app. <a href="https://www.androidcentral.com/whats-difference-between-precise-and-approximate-location-android-12" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Here's an article</a> about Android location settings.

GPX downloads and the default Samsung browser. Samsung devices come installed with the default Samsung Internet browser. We recommend switching to Chrome to more easily manage GPX downloads.
