Does the app track my activity data like a running app e.g. distance and time?

No. Capra is not a performance tracking app. We recommend using Strava or your fitness device such as Garmin, Suunto, Coros watches.

I can't find the app in my app store

If you can't find the app in your app store it's likely because Capra has not been switched on in your country's app store. Send us a message via the chat bubble to request access.

Can I add a trail to Capra as a user?

No, not as a general app user. Customers who sign up to use the Capra content management platform are able to create routes and collections on the platform.

Can I switch between Metric and Imperial units of distance.

Yes. Head to your settings screen and select your preferred units (Metric: km/metre ; Imperial: Miles/Feet).

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Head to your settings screen and tap 'Delete My Account'

Is the app free?

As of 26th August 2021 the app is free to use. Make sure you're on the latest version by visiting your app store and checking for an update.
